ACCOMMODATION

All accommodation is based at the RACV club, please note locations in the room descriptions below.

All prices quoted are per person, per night and include breakfast.

Accommodation may be booked via the registration form. Shared rooms must nominate other paying delegates to share with.
Superior Room (Main Building)
These luxurious hotel style rooms have views of either our incredible golf course, Bass Strait or Port Phillip Bay. These well-appointed rooms have a conventional balcony, gourmet minibar, King bed, Nespresso coffee machine, plush robes, slippers and pillow menu.

Ocean View Room
Located just a quick scenic walk or drive from the main building, these secluded hotel style rooms have sweeping views of Bass Strait, a conventional balcony, king bed, gourmet minibar, plush robes and slippers.
$330.00 per person / room per night (single)
2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Golf Villa
Located just a quick scenic walk or drive from the main building, these secluded and spacious fully self-contained two-bedroom villas include a full kitchen, expansive living area, European laundry, personal BBQ and the comfort of  a king-size bed in each bedroom, each with their own private ensuite.
$285.00 per person, per night (must be sharing with another paying delegate)
Registration and accommodation cancellations must be in writing to the conference organiser.

Conference Registration cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the conference receive a full refund of the registration cost less $50.00 handling fee. Conference registration cancellations received between 29 and 14 days prior to the conference will receive a 50% refund of the registration cost. No refund will be given for cancellations received within 14 days of the conference (full payment will be required). Accommodation cancellations will be subject to a minimum fee of one nights accommodation. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will forfeit all monies paid (full payment will be required).

Non-payment does not constitute cancellation or cancel contractual obligations.

Once registration is received, a confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued. Any accounts must be paid in full 7 days from the invoice date or 10 business days before the conference start date, whichever comes first. The organisers reserve the right, without notification, to cancel outstanding accounts anytime after 7 days from date of the tax invoice being sent. If payment is not received prior to the conference, access will be granted only after full payment is made via credit card or cash.
